唔想肥到個個都睇到 係時候要補一補!好多人認為食完油膩食物,飲一杯濃茶就可以消油解膩,感覺可以抵消卡路里。 其實抵消既只係你既罪惡感,對減脂根本毫無幫助,然後下一餐繼續大魚大肉, 最後體重直線上升。喺農曆新年尤其最常見, 試想像桌上總有一大堆賀年食品,當親友"關心"自己近況既時候, 唯有不斷進食,只求迴避一陣。到驚覺已經食得太多既時候,諗住飲杯濃茶定驚,順便消脂,其實已經太遲了。 雖然某些茶飲廣告聲稱,飲茶可以減少脂肪吸收及減慢糖份攝取,消油解膩。仔細睇原來係添加咗少量膳食纖維達才致以上效果,自己沖泡濃茶的就未必可以了。不過樽裝飲品大多都含有添加劑,例如穏定劑、色素、酸度調節劑、抗氧化劑等,長期攝取會對身體造成負擔。其實補充膳食纖維仲有其他方法,可以多進食含豐富纖維的蔬菜,例如西蘭花、芥蘭、西洋菜等,或餐前服用纖維補充劑都可以確保攝取足夠纖維量,自然可以減少脂肪吸收及減慢糖份攝取。 By Brandon Chau, Health Coach Bsc (Hons) Food and Nutrition Science, Ulster University, UK
